Another low heading toward the province

An area of low pressure will bring snow and rain to the Avalon Peninsula from Sunday night until Monday afternoon. Precipitation will start as snow and quickly change from snow to rain.

For Connaigre, Burin Peninsula, central, northeastern, and eastern Newfoundland, heavier snow is expected from Sunday night until Monday night. There will also be strong winds and blowing snow.

Consider adjusting travel plans to avoid the most adverse conditions.
