Another drug bust on the west coast

JFO West has arrested 54-year-old Blair Forsey of Corner Brook following a traffic stop conducted in Corner Brook on Wednesday afternoon.

RCMP and RNC officers conducted a traffic stop on O’Connell Drive. Forsey was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking. Officers seized a quantity of cocaine, crack cocaine, cash, drug paraphernalia and other items consistent with drug trafficking.

Forsey, who is currently before the court on other drug-related charges, was found in breach of a court order.

The investigation is continuing.

JFO West, which includes dedicated police officers from both the RCMP and RNC, targets drug trafficking and organized crime on the west coast of the province.
