A two-vehicle collision results in no serious injuries in Galway on Friday

A two-vehicle collision in Galway on Friday, resulted in no serious injuries.

Emergency crews responded to reports of the incident on Beaumont Hamel Way shortly after 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters found an SUV and a box truck that had both crashed into a ditch near the Heaven Roman Catholic Cemetery.

The SUV suffered significant damage on the driver’s side, while the box truck had moderate damage.

It appeared that the driver of the box truck unharmed, but it remains unclear if any individuals in the SUV were injured or taken to the hospital.
