RCMP Searching For Individual Wanted on Warrant

The RCMP in Clarenville is asking for the publics' assistance in locating 45-year-old Jason Thomas Hepditch who is currently wanted on an arrest warrant.

Hepditch is wanted in relation to an incident that took place on August 31, where he allegedly assaulted an individual with a weapon outside of a Southern Harbour residence and caused damage to the property.

In recent days the accused has been speaking to police several times via telephone and says that he has no intention of turning himself in. Police believe the accused may possibly be residing in the area of Southern Harbour.
