Police investigating hit-n-run collision in Mount Pearl

Shorty after 10:30 p.m. Emergency crews responded to a report of a hit and run in the area of Eriksson Crescent in Mount Pearl, where a vehicle drove across the front lawns of two residences and colliding with a parked vehicle causing extensive damage.

The female accused then fled the scene in the vehicle. Police officers later located and

impounded the suspect vehicle which had deployed airbags and extensive damage.

The RNC Accident investigation Unit and Forensic Identification Ujmnit are assisting in this

investigation and at this time the investigation is still active and no suspect(s) have been located.
