OceanGate suspends operations
OceanGate, the company that owned the Titan submarine is suspending operations.
The decision comes just weeks after the Titan submarine imploded, killing all five occupants including CEO Stockton Rush.
Shahzada Dawood, Suleman Dawood, Hamish Harding, Paul-Henri Nargeolet Stockton Rush was on the submersible and the vessel was heading to the Titanic wreck site when it lost contact with the Polar Prince.
The story became the top international story for days with international media flocking to Newfoundland.
The United States Coast Guard, United States Navy, and Canadian Coast Guard led the search and rescue efforts. For days there were no significant updates until a debris field was found on June 22.
