11 people killed in SUV attack in Vancouver

11 people are dead and dozens are injured after a man drove an SUV into a crowd of people in Vancouver on Saturday night.

Vancouver Police says the death toll is expected to rise.

A street festival was underway in the city when the SUV tore through the crowd.

The man behind the wheel has been arrested.

Those attending the festival were celebrating Lapu Lapu Day, a day celebrating Filipino culture.
