Municipal Capital Works Funding Helps Facilitate the Replacement of Arnold’s Cove River Bridge
The Provincial Government and the Town of Arnold’s Cove have jointly allocated approximately $825,000 for the replacement of the Arnold’s Cove River Bridge.
The Municipal Capital Works program fosters the development of cost-shared projects in a wide range of municipal infrastructure such as water and waste-water treatment, roads, recreational facilities, town halls and fire halls.
Funding is cost-shared between provincial and municipal governments and is available to municipalities, local service districts and Inuit Community Governments.
A call for applications for the 2024-25 Municipal Capital Works program is currently open.
