Man arrested in connection with homicide in St. John's

The RNC arrested 39-year-old Dwayne Ginn in connection with a homicide that occurred in St. John's on Tuesday.

Ginn was remanded in custody and appeared in court via teleconference.

Police responded to a residence on Old Bay Bulls Road. Upon arrival officers located a 41-year-old male on the property with serious injuries. The male was taken to a hospital by ambulance to seek medical attention but was pronounced deceased a short time after arrival.

Officers continue to seek additional information on suspicious activity or video footage in the area of Old Bay Bulls Road from 2:00 am to 3:00 am on June 14.
