Iran attacks U.S. military bases in the Middle East

Iran has launched missiles at U.S. bases in Qatar and Iraq.

Airspace in Qatar has been closed as a precaution. Qatar's Ministry of Defense stated that all missiles were successfully intercepted and there were no injuries or deaths.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said in a statement that it has launched a “powerful and destructive missile attack” on the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.

The attacks are a response to the U.S. airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites last week.

There has been no official statement from the White House yet.
