Impaired driver nabbed in western Labrador

The RNC in Labrador West conducted a traffic stop on on vehicle on Saturday morning in the Hudson Drive area.

The officer noticed that the driver showed signs of impairment by alcohol.

The 40-year-old male driver was administered a roadside test and was transported to police headquarters where he provided breath samples that were over the legal limit.

The accused was charged with impaired driving and released to appear in court at a later date.
