Hershey's Kisses Recalled Due to Undeclared Almonds

A nationwide recall has been issued for certain Hershey's Kisses Creamy Milk Chocolate products because they may contain undeclared almonds, posing a serious health risk to people with almond allergies or sensitivities.

The recall, initiated by Hershey Canada with the knowledge of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, affects select 104-gram and 200-gram bags with best-before dates of June 1, 2027. The affected products were distributed across Canada between May 6 and July 28, 2026.

According to the recall notice, some chocolates in the affected lots may contain almonds that are not declared on the label. One allergic reaction linked to the recalled products has been reported.

Consumers with an allergy or sensitivity to almonds are advised not to consume the affected products. The recalled chocolate should be thrown away or returned to the store where it was purchased. Retailers have also been instructed to remove the affected products from store shelves.

The recall applies only to specific lot codes of Hershey's Kisses Creamy Milk Chocolate sold in Canada. No other Hershey products or markets are affected. Consumers can contact Hershey Consumer Relations for refund information.
