Gunman who entered New York City building killed

A New York City police officer is dead, two civilians are injured, and a gunman is also dead after a shooting in New York City on Monday afternoon.

The shooter entered 345 Park Avenue with a weapon. The building occupies an entire city block and houses multiple tenants, including The Blackstone Group, several banks, the NFL, and KPMG.

The man has not been identified, and no motive has been determined.
