Funding Announced for Gros Morne

Premier Furey and MP Gudie Hutchings held a virtual funding announcement regarding tourism in the Gros Morne region on Friday.

$330,000 in total will be provided. The funds will go to the Gros Morne Co-operating Association.

From there, the money will be utilized to support the protection, preservation and interpretation of the heritage of Gros Morne.

The money will also help bring tourists to the region when COVID-19 is over.
