Date for Conception Bay East-Bell Island by-election announced

The writ has been dropped for the by-election for the District of Conception Bay East-Bell Island that was held by PC MHA David Brazil.

The by-election will take place on Monday, January 29. The Advance Poll is on Monday, January 22. The deadline for nominations is Sunday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m.

There are three candidates officially running so far, Fred Hutton is running for the Liberals, Tina Neary is running for the Progressive Conservatives, and Kim Churchill will represent the NDP.
