Betty White has died

Several entertainment outlets in the United States are reporting that Betty White has died. She was 99.

White had a career spanning over nine decades, she was noted for her vast work in the entertainment industry.

Over the years she has been in several shows and films. She was perhaps best known for her work on the NBC sitcom The Golden Girls (1985–1992), and Elka Ostrovsky on the TV Land sitcom Hot in Cleveland (2010–2015).

She would have been 100 years old on January 17.
