Man Stopped, Owed 23K in Fines #nltraffic

Around 1:40 pm on Monday RNC Operational Patrol Services conducted a traffic safety stop in the center part of St. John’s.

The 32 year male driver was charged under the highway traffic act with operating without a valid driver’s license or insurance policy.

He also has $23000.00 in outstanding fines.

He was held in custody to appear before a Judge. His vehicle was also seized.
