The RCMP Major Crime Unit is currently investigating a suspicious death in the community of Little Hearts Ease, reported to police during the early morning hours of November 12. The manner of death is currently under investigation. At this time, RCMP Newfoundland and Labrador is working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the manner of death. Unsettled weather persists across Labrador and the west coast overnight
There is a chance of showers for the eastern and central sections of the Island tonight. Along the west coast, showers are expected, with snow inland and over higher terrain. Lows will be from plus 2 to plus 5. Across western Labrador, 5 to 10 cm of snow is expected tonight. 2 to 5 cm is expected for central and coastal areas, and rain is also expected. Corner Brook RNC have busy weekend of traffic enforcement

Between Saturday and Sunday the RNC issued over 25 tickets in the Corner Brook region for offences including speeding, suspended driving and parking violations.
