Victim and suspect dead in stabbing in Manitoba

One person is dead and six others have been injured after a stabbing in Hollow Water First Nation in Manitoba. The suspect is also dead.

Earlier today the RCMP responded to what was described as "a serious incident".

Provincial Road 304 was closed in both directions south of Black River First Nation in relation to the incident.

The RCMP Major Crime Services is the lead in this ongoing investigation
