Jason Sullivan plans to take legal action against FFAW

Jason Sullivan, who was disqualified from running to be FFAW President, plans to take legal action against the union.

Sullivan says he was told in a letter that he wasn’t eligible to run for president because he was still connected to FISH-NL.

He has surpassed his $25,000 fundraising goal to take legal action.

Greg Pretty won the role of president on January 5. He beat the only other candidate Dave Callahan.

The election was called after former President Keith Sullivan resigned on December 1.
