Update on back to school coming Thursday

An update is coming Thursday regarding back to school.

Premier Furey, Education Minister Tom Osborne, CEO of the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District Tony Stack, and Kim Christianson of the francophone school system will provide an update on what things will look like in the education system for the upcoming year.

Government officials will be in Valmont Academy School in King’s Point while school officials will provide an update via Zoom.

The announcement gets underway at 9:00 am.
