Sunday hunting permitted starting this season

New legislation will allow Sunday hunting this season.

The legislation will come into effect beginning Sunday, August 28 allowing hunters and trappers to hunt or trap on Sundays throughout the entire hunting and trapping season.

This change coincides with the opening of the 2022-23 big-game bow-hunting season that starts today. Big game rifle-hunting season opens on Saturday, September 10.
