Single-vehicle crash on TCH, sends two individuals to hospital with serious injuries

Late last night, Emergency crews rushed to a single-vehicle crash involving a moose on the Trans-Canada Highway, just east of the Paradise exit, between Topsail Road and Thorburn Road.

The two individuals in the vehicle were seriously injured but thankfully not life-threatening and were promptly transported to the hospital.

Emergency crews had to close off a section of the highway temporarily to manage the aftermath of the accident.
