RNC Lay Additional Charges Related to CBS Shootings

As the investigation into the shootings in CBS continues, the RNC has laid additional charges against 31-year-old Matthew Fowler.

Fowler has been charged with aggravated assault, careless use of a firearm, pointing a firearm, unauthorized possession of a prohibited/restricted weapon, possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, and possessing a weapon with ammunition.

Police say the charges are in connection with the events believed to have occurred on Greeleytown Road in CBS on September 22.

At this time Fowler remains in custody.
