RNC investigating armed robbery, which occurred at The Guv’nor

The RNC is investigating an armed robbery, which occurred at The Guv’nor on Elizabeth Avenue in St. John’s.

Shortly after 3:20 pm on Tuesday, two male suspects entered the business, then presented a weapon while demanding cash.

After obtaining some cash, the suspects fled on foot toward Anderson Avenue.

One male suspect was described to be tall, wearing a grey hoodie, ball hat and face mask. The other male was shorter, wearing black pants, and a grey and black sweater with a red t-shirt hanging underneath.
