Request for Proposals Issued for Marble Mountain

The provincial government has issued a Request for Proposals related to Marble Mountain.

The purpose of the Request for Proposals is to seek professional guidance on recommended upgrades and additions best suited to facilitate year-round operations at Marble Mountain for prospective new owners.

Obtaining this information will allow the government to market the resort to potential investors.

The process aims to enable the Provincial Government to fully understand what upgrades are required for it to be a successful four-season, year-round operation, the cost of those upgrades, the cost and staffing levels required to develop and run new attractions, the types and numbers of visitors expected, and, a financial plan.
