RCMP seizes uninsured vehicles in Hampden

RCMP seized a car and an ATV during recent traffic stops in Hampden.

On Saturday morning RCMP observed an ATV driving on the road in Hampden. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, a 40-year-old man, did not have a valid driver’s licence or insurance. He was ticketed for operating a vehicle without a licence or insurance and for operating an ATV on a roadway.

Then on Sunday police conducted a traffic stop on a driver who was not wearing a seat belt. The driver, a 69-year-old man, was operating an unregistered vehicle without insurance. He was ticketed for not wearing a seat belt, operating a vehicle without registration and operating a vehicle without insurance.
