Police are investigating three individuals for possession for the purpose of trafficking after a traffic stop conducted on August 29.
RCMP conducted a traffic stop on the TCH near Little Harbour on a car that had expired registration.
The 26-year-old female driver was driving with a suspended licence and without insurance.
Officers observed contraband tobacco on one of the two passengers in the car and suspected cocaine on the back seat. A search of the vehicle and the three occupants led to the seizure of a quantity of cash and illicit pills.
The car was seized and impounded.
