Police make another significant drug bust

The RNC and RCMP have made another significant drug bust.

On Thursday, September 23 police completed two searches in St. John's and seized 13 kilograms of uncut cocaine, two cell phones, and approximately $3500.00.

The street level value of the cocaine seized is approximately $2,600,00.00.

At this stage, a 44-year-old male from British Columbia has been arrested in connection with the seizure.

He was released from custody with charges pending in relation to this ongoing investigation.

In the last ten months, the RNC has seized over 47 kilograms of cocaine.
