Police asking for help in identifying a man in relation to assault in Stephenville

RCMP in Bay St. George is asking for the public's help in identifying a man in relation to an assault that occurred on December 12, at approximately 2:25 p.m. in the area of Dutchess Drive and St. Stephens Street in Stephenville.

Police received a report that indicated the man exited a vehicle and assaulted a cyclist. The victim identified the vehicle as a black Honda Civic and the suspect as being between the ages of sixteen and early 20s.
