No new cases in NL but 5 on ship

There were no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the province today and since the last public advisory.

There were, however, five new confirmed cases of COVID-19 aboard a second ship anchored in Conception Bay. One crew member is in hospital, while the rest of the crew remain on board.

Counting the active cases on the ship, there are 20 active cases in the province.

So far, 163,212 people have been tested.
