NL to welcome another airlift of Ukrainians on Tuesday
The province will welcome another airlift of Ukrainians to the province on Tuesday.
The flight will travel from Warsaw, Poland and land in St. John’s.
Premier Furey and Minister Gerry Byrne will be at the airport.
This will be the third flight of Ukrainians arriving in the province. The first flight was on May 9 and the second was on June 14.
All arriving Ukrainians have been granted the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel Visa that legally allows them to live and work in Canada for up to three years.
