New ferry updates added to 511 service

Some improvements have been made to the NL 511 app and phone service to include more information on ferry services.

The new enhancements include app notifications for ferry service changes, ferry crew having the ability to provide updates from the vessel or port, ferry information available via the 511 phone Interactive Voice Response service, website and app, regular updates on schedule changes, updated marine weather, and automated ferry service updates to Twitter.
