NDP will support Liberals until 2025

The federal Liberal and NDP parties have inked a Supply and Confidence Agreement. The agreement will keep the Liberals in power until 2025 with NDP support.

The parties will work to launch a new dental care program for low-income Canadians, work toward a universal national pharmacare program, affordable housing, tackle the climate crisis, more rights for workers, continue to work toward reconciliation and changes to the tax system.

The Conservative party has already referred to the agreement as an NDP-Liberal coalition.
