Minimum wage increase coming on October 1

The province will soon see another increase in the minimum wage.

On October 1, the minimum wage will increase by $0.25 cents to $12.75 per hour.

This represents the fourth increase to the minimum wage as announced in February 2020.

A review of the minimum wage is required every two years which will be completed in early 2022.
