Man arrested after domestic disturbance in Torbay

On Monday afternoon at 3:20, the RNC responded to a residence regarding a report of a domestic disturbance in Torbay.

A 63-year-old man was arrested and charged with one count of common assault, one count of mischief, and one count of uttering threats to damage property.

The accused was taken into custody and held to appear in court.
