Man arrested after disturbance on St. John's

Just after midnight the RNC responded to a report of a disturbance outside a residence in the west end of St. John’s.

When police arrived they located a male on a roof portion of a home near a window.

The officers located and identified the male inside the home.

The 37 year old male was determined to be on a Release Order from the court and was in breach of five conditions of the order.

Including to remain away from the residence and a person living there.

He is charged with breaching five conditions of a Release Order, Resisting Arrest and Assaulting a Police Officer.

The accused was held to appear in court.
