Man arrested after disturbance in Upper Gullies

On Sunday afternoon the RNC responded to a report of a disturbance in Upper Gullies.

Police say the suspect was intoxicated and violent.

The 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of breaching a release order for the consumption of alcohol and two counts of breaching probation for possession of a weapon.

The accused was held to appear in court.
