Man arrested after breaching release order

At 9:41 pm on Monday evening, the RNC was advised that a man was at a residence in the east end of St. John’s where he was on judicial court orders not to visit.

RNC officers attended the residence and determined that the male was inside the residence and made entry into the dwelling.

The 27-year-old was arrested and charged with failure to comply with a release order and failure to comply with the conditions of his undertaking.

The accused was taken to the St. John’s City Lock-up and held to appear in court this morning.
