Liberals Promise to Invest in Rural e-Health Services

Liberal Leader Andrew Furey promised to expand access to health care in rural and remote regions of the province if re-elected.

They plan to do this through investments in eHealth/telemedicine infrastructure – including vital mental health and pharmacy services.

Furey said, “our Liberal government recognizes the need for innovative health care now, more than ever.”

The investment would decrease travel time and costs while increasing access to services.
