Increased Drug Coverage for Multiple Sclerosis Treatments

The Provincial Government has increased drug coverage for some Multiple Sclerosis treatments.

Two IV-infused medications, Tysabri and Lemtrada, will be covered under the provincial prescription drug program.

In the past, any medications requiring IV administration were excluded from the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program benefit list.
