House Fire in Bay Roberts

There was a house fire in Bay Roberts on Saturday evening.

The Bay Roberts Fire Department said that two residents who entered the home alerted the homeowners of the fire so they could evacuate.

It took about 30 minutes to get the blaze under control.

The house fire was the second call of the day. The first call was a vehicle fire on Badcocks Road in Shearstown.
