Government Establishes Minimum Wage Review Committee

The provincial government has established a Minimum Wage Review Committee.

The committee will be composed of five members.

The committee will review input from stakeholders and report to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change with its findings and provide recommendations on the current adjustment process for setting the minimum wage and the wage rate.

The report is will be completed by April 30.
