Gas and diesel prices expected to increase


Gas analyst Dan McTeague is predicting an increase in both gasoline and diesel prices tonight when the Public Utilities Board makes its weekly adjustment.


McTeague predicts that gasoline will see a big increase of 5.1 cents per litre and predicts diesel will increase slightly by 0.4 cents per litre.


Last week gasoline went up by 4.3 cents.


Brent Crude Oil is trading at $71.97 per barrel this morning.
