Fred Hutton becomes cabinet minister

Newly elected MHA Fred Hutton is now in cabinet.

Hutton was sworn into cabinet earlier this morning as the minister responsible for housing.

Hutton was elected to the House of Assembly Conception Bay East–Bell Island provincial by-election.

Paul Pike was previously the minister responsible for housing. He will remain in his other role as Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development
