Fishing Vessel takes on water at Long Cove Marina

There were some tense moments this morning when a fishing vessel started taking on water at the Long Cove Marina.

The Norman's Cove-Long Cove Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene and used pumps to remove water from the vessel.

After using portable pumps the water was removed and crews have since departed the area.
