Festival of Music and Lights tomorrow at Bowring Park

St. John's is kicking off the 21st annual music and lights celebration at Bowring Park Duck Pond. The event takes place on Saturday at 5:00 pm.

There will be performers including Ian Foster and Nancy Hynes, Boogie Babes, Allison Walsh and Jake Greening.

Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the Community Food Sharing Association, and a reusable mug for free hot chocolate that will be distributed by the St. John’s Lions Club.

A holiday playlist of festive songs from local musicians will be available for visitors to enjoy while viewing the lights in the park. Signage in the park will provide instructions for accessing the playlist using a QR code, a URL address through a web browser or an FM radio station.
