Eastern Health has implemented visitor restrictions at several long-term care facilities due to COVID-19 outbreaks.
Visitor restrictions are temporarily in place on the second floor at Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge in St. John’s. There are cases of COVID-19 among residents. Visitation to the first floor is not impacted at this time.
Visitor restrictions are temporarily in place on the third floor (3E/W and 3N/S) at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home. Visitor restrictions, originally implemented on February 27, have been lifted on all other floors/units in this facility.
There are also restrictions at Lions Manor Nursing Home in Placentia. Restrictions are temporarily in place for Unit 1 at Lions Manor Nursing Home. Visitation to the remainder of the site is not impacted at this time.
