Disturbance in CBS lands man in jail

A 23-year-old man was taken into custody following a disturbance at a residence in CBS overnight.

When officers arrived they located the male at a residence which he was on a court order to stay away from.

After the investigation was concluded he was arrested for being at the residence and he also faced an additional charge of break and enter.

He was held for court this morning.
