Corner Brook radio station quietly shutters operations


Stingray, the company that operates VOCM, has switched the VOCM West Coast station to St. John's programming.


CFCB first went on the air on October 3, 1960. It was sharing some night and weekend hours with VOCM in St. John's since 2016.


The station had two remaining staff that were dismissed on Tuesday.
